Tell us about your store.

A few lines is enough: the platform you're on, roughly what you turn over, and the number that won't move. We reply within one working day.

What happens next

Four steps, no sales calls

  1. You send this form. It lands in one inbox, read by the person who would do the work — not a sales desk.
  2. We reply within a working day with a first read on where the money is likely going, or an honest note that we're not the right fit.
  3. We ask what we still need. Usually two or three questions about the funnel, answered by email in your own time.
  4. A written scope and a fixed fee if it's worth doing. No proposal fee, and nothing to sign on a call.

We read enquiries Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 CET.

We use what you send here to reply to you, and nothing else. No list, no sharing, no follow-up sequence.

Before you write

Questions we get asked first

How small is too small?

Under about €500k a year, an audit rarely pays for itself — the fixes it finds are usually worth less than the fee. Say so in the form anyway and we'll write back with the two or three things worth doing yourself.

Do we have to start with an audit?

No. If you already know what you need built — a migration, an integration, a checkout rebuild — we can scope that directly. The audit exists for the case where revenue is flat and nobody can say why.

What access do you need?

Read-only, to start: the store admin, analytics, search console and ad accounts. Write access only comes later, only where the work needs it, and only on accounts you own. We never ask for a shared password.

Can our own developers do the fixes?

Yes, and often they should. The fix list is written to be handed over: each item has enough detail for a competent developer to act on without calling us. It's yours whether or not we do the build.

Do you work with our agency?

Regularly. We're usually the ones auditing what an agency built, which works best when everyone knows that up front. We'll say plainly what we find, and we don't pitch to replace anyone.

How quickly can you start?

Audits typically start within two to three weeks. Build work is scheduled from the following month. If something is actively on fire — checkout down, a failed migration — put that in the first line and we'll answer the same day.
